At Wildlense.com, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. We have a sound policy to make buying products as smooth and simple a process for you, the customer. We've divided our policies based on the most common reasons for returns/cancellations:

1- You received a defective item

2- You receive the wrong product.

3- The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit

4- The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.

We created the 5 Day Easy Return policies in order to be able to accept buyer returns for reasons like product dissatisfaction. In the unlikely scenario where the product you ordered does not meet your expectations and requirements, you can choose to exchange the product for anything else from our website.

HOW IT WORKS

STEP ONE: SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST

Within 5 days from the date of delivery, you can submit a return request for store credit or refund in your account if you aren't fully satisfied with the product. Please allow for a burn-in period so you're sure you want to return them.

STEP TWO: WAIT FOR ACCEPTANCE

From the time our returns team receives your return request, it takes up to 24 business hours for them to review and then accept your request. We'll be sure to get in touch with you as soon as the request is accepted.

STEP THREE: YOU SHIP IT TO US

Upon acceptance of the return request, instructions on how to pack it with your unique RA (return authorization) number will be shared. You will not bear any shipping costs of bringing the product to our warehouse, until & unless the product is returned under our guidelines.

WHAT'S NOT ELIGIBLE?

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Any sign of physical damages due to misuse of the product or any accidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product will not be accepted as a return.

NO BATCH NUMBER

We cannot accept returns of products with tampered or missing serial/upc numbers as they cannot be authenticated or serviced by anyone.

BUNDLED PRODUCTS

Bundled products aren't eligible for a return simply because store credit amounts cannot be easily accounted for. we're working on being able to do this soon.

CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS

If your product was customized, i.e., if the product were personalised with your requirement or any other artwork on it, we won't be able to accept a return.
