We have a very magnanimous cancellation policy as follows: Wildlense.com will not be liable for any visa rejection but the hotel cancellation policies remain the same as they are. 20% cancellation service fee will be charged if the trip has been cancelled 2 months before the stipulated time. If the cancellation of the trip is done 1 month before the then 50% amount will be charged from the refunded amount. If the trip has been cancelled post the permit approval, then Wildlense.com will not be able to refund the amount as the permitted amount has already been paid to the government.

No, not-allowed but consumption of tobacco, cigarettes & alcohol is strictly prohibited in all parks & safari.

Yes, with certain rules you can use your food & drinks. Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited inside the forest area, Non-veg are not allowed inside the forest area. Eating in front of animals is prohibited. Don’t carry plastic stuff during safari & trip.

You can change to another plan over 30 to 60 days before the begin date of your tour. However, if the permit is done then no refund could be done in any case. If a passenger has to cancel the trip due to any reasons, then he or she would have to mark an application in writing to that effect, along with the original receipt which issued by the company.
